Nick van der Vegt Sorry but I have to ask. When you do still photography of these guys in the bright sun; to capture the action without motion blur, and nice dense color, what general setting in manual mode do you use ? I'm currently limited to a 18-55mm and a 75-300mm.
This is by far your best video. MVM (Most Valuable Moment) is @1:46 when you were on the RC51 and switched seamlessly to the R1 going in the opposite direction; that was sweet.

My dream job is to film the clouds from my parachute, at 12,000 + feet under an open canopy (parachute). The incredible rainbows that bounce off of the top of them is indescribable!... The sheer beauty of it has brought me to tears-in the moment..... I want to capture that moment for earth bound mortals to enjoy.

gor on the white/blue R1 crashed today on the j-turn from what I heard he only sustained a broken elbow and was pinned under the bike. The bike had to be pulled out from under the guardrail by a tow truck. Even the best go down dress for the slide
Just started riding motorcycles in winter of 2016 & already I got a running 2006 Yamaha R6S, a project Suzuki gn125 cafe racer, a pit bike, with a matching one to be turned into a mini super moto, and another project Honda 500cc ascot that will be my hardtail. Safe to say my dream job is opening up a local custom shop.

My dream job would be anything that has a huge payout and requires very little work so I could spend all my time riding with friends and family.

It was always a goal to ride and work amongst the mechanics and be interacting with people with a passion for these brands and its happening! I ride with a 4 time world power lifting champion at the Snake super early around 7.30am-8am to about 9.30am every Sunday (when the weather is good). Would love to see you around!
it appears the elbow slides can only happen in an ideal corner. has to be a big enough curve for enough speed and also has the slightly elevated corner.
What tires are you running. Trying to find a decent street tire that can handle this type of behavior. Lol. I was spoiled with throw off supercorsas and they are my favorite even for the street. But I need something that will last me a couple thousand miles. Where as I can burn off a supercorsa one weekend at the dragon. Will a diablo rosso corsa or Michelin power RS or metzler m7RR racetech. These are my top choices so far. Have you tried these and what you think.
Jacob Hendrickson - go with Dunlop GPA pro. I use them in canyons and I know the guy on the R1 (gor) uses them as well. You will still get decent mileage around town depending on what and how u ride. One thing, they need to warm up before they can do this.

When I was a kid we called it target rock. There used to be a big target on the boulder at the right side of the road that riders would fixate on.
