How difficult is it for a beginning rider to learn to lean that much? Do you have to have extreme balance and know your bike super well? I would love to learn how to make corners and turns with counter steering like that

It's a mask. You duplicate the video layer, and on the duplicate, crop out everything besides the mountain lines, and put the text layer above the original video, and below the mask layer. So you have your mask layer on top, text layer in the middle, and Original video on bottom.

yeah sean you will need that to ride fast in street corners, but in track that will be different
