they're really cool guitars. Have you checked out some of the squiers too? they make some great inexpensive and awesome guitars like the Mustang HH and the Affinity series.
Does the neck have a smaller overall radius? Is it easier to wrap your hands around? I have small hands so I am looking for a smaller guitar that makes me look like I have Jimi Hendrix size hands.
I’m getting one tomorrow. I play a B.C. Rich Son of Beast guitar & it’s a bit heavy so I want to try something lighter without having to pay thousands of dollars

Got a question. I just got a minion v. I’m 55 just starting. You have a good spot for pick up hieght. Book says 1.6 mm I think. Mines really low. I got all the right guitar tool to measure but wanted to ask before I adjust them. Where are yours at.
it just depends on how hot you want the pickups, the closer the string, the hotter the output. If you get it too close though it can fart-out, haha. Just play with the height and find where you like it.

definitely less than 10 lbs, though I don't have it anymore so I can't weigh it. For a travel guitar it's actually a bit inconvenient since the shape is so weird.

As far as I know the only difference is the shape of the body. The rhoads minion of course looks more metal but it's up to you to decide what shape you prefer.

It’s actually not a kids guitar because RR just liked playing guitars with shorter necks but yes kids would have a much easier time playing this than a regular size neck
I don't see any kid playing these small scale guitars,al I see is adults playing it like pro

as a 5'3 teenager, I personally take this over JS1X Dinky just because RR version didn't look so tiny at all compared to Dinky.

I'd just take it to your local guitar shop. They should be able to fix it up for not too much $
Hi, what's the difference between JS Series Dinky Minion JS1X and JS Series RR Minion JS1X?
I'm am not really sure about all of that, I suggest looking on Jackson's website for more specific details.
Only the shape i guess? Dinky is the standard "ibanez-like" shape while RR is the V shape
Instead of going with a Jackson guitar, I went with Schecter omen elite 6 cherry red.
