Actually I think she looks amazing. The glitter really highlights a natural glow in her, and since kylie doesn't really dance as much anymore, the fringes help give the feeling of more movement. But I respect and understand your opinion.
I hope on her world tour in the future she doesn't wear outfits like this but to be designed by well-known designers as they did in the past.…I miss that Kylie while she’s in America
