Those are very well built!!!! Much better than most any of the 3 ton jack stands commercially available!!!!! very nice job & very safe!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just an FYI.... might also consider adding a bolt on larger base to them....typically you want about 3/4" base for each 1" of height.
Bad ass stands there. Would it be structurally compromised if there were holes drilled on the other side of the square tubing for finer height adjustment?
Yea I was gonna run a bead on the edges but then I decided to leave it flat so they would all be the exact same height. I agree tho I did put some grinder cross hatch to make them better.

Yea I can't awnser that ... I mean I never fully trust any jack stands I prefer ramps, but I haven't made a set of them yet

They look good other than the fact you have a flat top and don’t have any V groove or edges to help prevent slide off.
