thankyou jamie look fwd to seeing more of your running workouts
Thanks for the workout! I also prefer follow-along workouts; it makes it seem a little less "on-your-own."
Amazing workout- thank you so much! It's great you explain everything as you go, will definitely do this again!
Thank you so much!
6 months to my first marathon and bought my 10kg kettlebell last week. can not imagine this being not beneficial. thanks dawg.
Awesome to hear, thanks so much for watching!
great workout! I always find balance tricky in RDLs but they are worth it!
Great - thanks so much for following along!
Thank you so much! Loved the session! Keep it up!
Thanks so much for following along!
I love live workouts, thanks
Thanks for watching!
Legs feels like jelly. Nice thing to do after a night run. Hopefully will help for my ultramarathons as i see my legs are weak.
Awesome, thanks so much for following along! 👊🏼
Great workout thanks mate.
Thanks for following along!
This is a very helpful video for people, thanks for sharing
Thanks for the support as always 👊🏼
great content, just continue...
Thanks! 👊🏼
Thank you for putting these out! I wouldn’t have the motivation to pick up my kettlebell without it 😂
Just found this! How often should I do this? I’ve decreased my running so I can build my strength & mobility instead.
how often should we do this workout? like two times a week? Thanks!!
Yess !!!I really wanna do this workout but I only have one dumbbell. Is it possible that you're gonna make a workout video for runners with just one dumbbell in the future? That would mean a lot to me. Anyways, great video as always mate. Cheers
One dumbbell is enough, you could do this workout with that instead of a kettlebell 💪🏼
Can you also include warm up before the kettlebell workout, thanks
I think I’ll put together a warm up video sometime soon
What weight kettlebell?
Awesome workout but could you add some background music
😁 is my heavy breathing a bit too much 😂
I also want cross 😭
