    Legs feels like jelly. Nice thing to do after a night run. Hopefully will help for my ultramarathons as i see my legs are weak.

    I really wanna do this workout but I only have one dumbbell. Is it possible that you're gonna make a workout video for runners with just one dumbbell in the future? That would mean a lot to me. Anyways, great video as always mate. Cheers

      One dumbbell is enough, you could do this workout with that instead of a kettlebell 💪🏼
