Thank you for putting these out! I wouldn’t have the motivation to pick up my kettlebell without it 😂
Wow! Game changer! Thank you
🤙🏽
What weight kettlebell?
Amazing workout- thank you so much! It's great you explain everything as you go, will definitely do this again!
Thank you so much!
What fuel bars do you use
I’m now using STYRKR - best I’ve had yet. JAMIESRUNNING also gets you 25% discount 👍
@@Jamies.Running thank you!
2:54 he begins the tutorial. Thanks for this vid sir!
Thanks for the workout! I also prefer follow-along workouts; it makes it seem a little less "on-your-own."
I just completed this yesterday. Great fun! Though the ankle-breaker alley section in the video doesn't do the incline or the length justice. The only section that almost wrote me off!
Ese modelo no es de mujer, lo pregunto ntp por los colores!!
#JamiesRunning Hi. I used the Sacony Pro 2 for running races but for triathlon (mostly the transition) it takes alot of time with the design to get the runner on. Would the Hoka Carbon X be a descent runner to use, comparative to the pro 2. Thanks
Just found this! How often should I do this? I’ve decreased my running so I can build my strength & mobility instead.
thankyou jamie look fwd to seeing more of your running workouts
hard to focus on the information with all the crying
Thanks for this Jamie, absaloute game changer for my Nike invincible 3's which very much needed a runners knot!
Awesome, thanks so much for watching
How tall r u?
Brother, is it suitable for summer? As like in 37-38° temperature? Asking to know from south asia.
Should you do 0,5 size up ? My feet os 26.5cm and i buy 27cm nike...is 27.5cm ok ?
Sir, Which one can be better for the half marathon with an easy & comfortable pace, Hoka carbon x2 or Saucony endorphin pro 2? Waiting for your answer.
Thanks! I watched 2 videos but their POV wasn't good. Yours cleared my doubt.
Saw this video a day before my first 16km run tomorrow using my new pair of Vaporfly. Thank you! From Philippines 🇵🇭
Purchased my first pair of the artist today - 90 dollars out the door (including shipping!) Thanks Atreyu for your efforts in trying to restore balance to the rediculous running shoe price boom of the last 3 years! When I hear someobdy say, for example, "This shoe is only 135 dollars so its a pretty fair price" WHAT!! Nothing fair about anything in hyper inflation. Dont use relativity to co-sign rediculous shoe prices! Atreyu, you guys are my heros!
Late comment but I just got my vapor fly next %’s. I tried the runners knot because that’s what I do on all my other shoes. But the laces on the vapor Flys are weird and make it really hard to do a runners knot because of the length and material. How do I need to lace them?
Well done, sir.
just signed up for this event , would you recommend road or trail shoe as seems a mix of both
Hey mate. I have a flat feet. Should i buy prime x shoe ? Is this shoe suitable for a flat feet person ?
👍👍👍👊
6 months to my first marathon and bought my 10kg kettlebell last week. can not imagine this being not beneficial. thanks dawg.
Awesome to hear, thanks so much for watching!
I'm just watching this video now as have ordered a pair of Prime X and just waiting on delivery and been watching a few reviews. But was interested in what you said about the Alphafly's and the arch. I got a pair maybe a year or so ago and done one run which was a 5km PB but after I stopped my arch pain was pretty bad and the next 3 days I couldn't even put them on to even stand in as it was that bad, I ended up sending them back. Anyway fast forward and 7months and I seen a pair on a massive sale at £130 and had seen a short video on TH-cam where a guy ripped out the glued in insole from his Alphafly's and replaced them with an insole of his own and solved the problem so at that price I took the gamble and bought them and straight out the box was the arch pain again so just went for it and picked at the insole from the toe end back to the heel and got it all out, tried them on with no insole and the difference and relief was instant so I then took them off and put in an insole from my Nike Vapormax leisure trainers as they have a bit of a extented arch anyway and the Alphafly's felt brilliant on, no arch pain or anything. It feels a completely different shoe when you take the original insole out and put a new one in and you get all the Alphafly's gains with no pain. I don't know if you'll even see this comment as it's an older video but just thought it may help you out if you do as it certainly helped me a lot.
Thes shoes are great for reducing RPE and HR.... supreme for saving the legs and lowering effort.... especially if mid/forefoot striker .....LOVE THEM!! they get more 'normal' after a few runs in them
Hi Jamie's, good video on your explanation of runners knot! I have tried on all my running shoe and it works well but, recently i just got a new pair of Pegasus 38 and found out that the laces are way too short to tie runners knot. Any solution for this? Is using 'no-tie' shoe laces can also tie runners knot to replace the traditional shoe laces?
Miss your videos. Hope you come back to youtube.
Thanks Phil, it’s been a really busy few months so I’ve been struggling to find time to put any content together. Hopefully back at it again sometime soon though! 👊🏼
How bout speed 2?
Bro how did you record that spinning shot 🤣
A mouse on a skateboard 😆
I bought a pair unbelievably on clearance rack for $85. With two bad knees (no cartilage in one knee and 70% left in the other) and restricted to the treadmill I needed a max cushion shoe for my 3 miles runs. To give you an idea how the shoe does prior to my purchase I ran in New Balance 860 on the treadmill which left me SORE for three days. Hard to walk up and down stairs my knees were so sore. With the Nike ZoomX Invincibles my legs recovered that day without the usual soreness associated with running. A great shoe. The best shoe I've found yet.
That’s really amazing to hear! So glad they work for you too 👌🏼
Thank you so much! Loved the session! Keep it up!
Thanks so much for following along!
i went for these because the regular pegasus 37 werent on sale, and nike offered these as a slight discount. since i only use them for walking and light jogging and training, i am not a runner, they should be fine. they seem to fit me fine, as my pegasus 36 trail runners fit great but are coming apart and the sole is worn out.
Hey Big fan of your channel, I am a daily runner from India. I have recently purchased these shoes, but soon after my first run the paint from energy rods came out (maybe as it came in contact with stones). Is it normal? will it impact the durability? did it happen to you as well? Thanks so much in advance!!
The design is gorgeous, i love it
Well played mate!
Thanks man 👊🏼
Mine are arriving on Tuesday so looking forward to seeing how they perform. Random mate, but i think we worked together briefly in 2003. I could be wrong but i'm fairly sure!
I’ve actually grown to really like the Tempo, especially at faster paces. They took a little getting used to, but I eventually clicked with them. I now have a hybrid pair of Tempo midsoles with a Vaporfly upper, and they go great together. Yeah I think you might be right, although I can’t see your YT pic all that well. I can’t think where though - was it at JD??
@@Jamies.Running haha it certainly was. I didn’t want to say in case it wasn’t you. I’m from Liverpool. I’ve watched a few of your videos recently whilst working and didn’t click until now! Will give you my lowdown of the tempo’s. Gone a half size up as the toebox seemed narrow when I tried them on. I’m just getting back into my running after several years out. I’m more CrossFit, strongman but trying to up my cardio
@@jamiescott-gobin3376 awesome - great memories from the JD days! If you’re on Insta drop me a DM (@jamies.running). I used to be strength and conditioning focussed, but switched more and more to running through 2018. Now it’s pretty much all I do, although had a baby earlier this week so having a bit of time out.
how often should we do this workout? like two times a week? Thanks!!
such an inspiration. well done!
…and the shoes are? Try Dekshell socks in cold n wet.
The shoes are Nike Pegasus Trail 2
I have the endorphin speed and love it also. One other running shoe I really like a lot is 1080v10 by new balance. I always get shoes a year later on sale.
Great workout, thanks for putting this together. Going to make this my usual core routine moving forward 🙌
Awesome, thanks so much for following along 👊🏼
Legs feels like jelly. Nice thing to do after a night run. Hopefully will help for my ultramarathons as i see my legs are weak.
Awesome, thanks so much for following along! 👊🏼
1.25 is still a solid time, should be happy with that!
Smashed it well done, signed up for an 80k in april nxt year, never entered a race before, only done casual training, nothing longer than 13.5 miles, and certainly not the elevation that the race has, so hopefully i'll survive!
Pfft, that's me with the camera at 6:08, there were so many people going by I had run out of storage so I was trying to clear some up when you ran past so I just missed you. Incredible run, you did super well
Haha no worries - you can try and snap me next year! 😄 Thanks, appreciate it! 👊🏼
