It's nice to see a review on a vehicle that does not have every option package available. There are people who not only don't want all the bells and whistles but are quite happy they can buy a reliable base vehicle that are so advanced today compared to twenty years ago.
I've had this car for about a month now and I absolutely love it. For the price it's pretty hard to beat and the Electric Blue is a really nice color. Great review!!!
I really like this vehicle...especially the interior.....plain....basic....but nice in its own way. A very versatile vehicle. There are many creative automotive designers out there. Thanks again Dietrich.
I like the Kicks. One more thing about the center console of base S model vs the higher trims: the higher trims console is shaped differently and incorporates the electronic parking brake instead of the manual hand brake. (Only the base S trim has a manual parking brake.)
I know the soul has more hp but the front leg room and head room in the kicks fantastic for tall driver. But some owners claim 33 city 40 plus hwy. Sports mode make it enough to enjoy driving
I'm happy with this car except the back seat is a little cramped. The Versa Note (the model the Kicks replaced) had a big back seat and small cargo area and the Kicks has a big cargo area and cramped back seat. I have to move the front seats forward if anyone is in the back seat. Also the seats are hard. The Versa Note seats were squishy so maybe Nissan wanted to firm up the seats. It's a cheap, efficient, simple & reliable car.
"You don't have keyless access but you still have to hit the button on the keys to unlock the door..." Have no idea what you're talking about? Maybe this is referring to after remote start? And "Hit the button on the keys" You mean the button on the remote? Would help if you'd pause and demonstrate the actions you're referring to. Thanks
Not a fan of it but I want Nissan to survive so that we can have Z's and Skylines in the future. Never drove this but sat in one in the NY autoshow. Nissan needs to make the back seats work like the Honda Fits. Otherwise, this will end up as a fleet/ Rental "upgrade" when they run out of Versas and Kia Fortes also commenting to help the channel.
I do honestly like this vehicle but I have to say that the cvt is a serious concern for me and I have not heard many good things about it, especially with a Nissan vehicle.

Great review! Answered many of my questions about this vehicle!
Thank you for watching!

Great review 👍🏽 It's refreshing to get a look at the entry-level model rather than the SR as most other reviews.
I appreciate that!
Handsome car.
Hate CVTs though.
Like the BU beeping warning.
Nice music selection btw, RW's Amused to death is a gem!
Never Forget Bill Hubbard
I love it's so awe!!
Nice job Big D. I'll check out the drive in a few. My neighbor got a 2022. Not sure what trim. He seems to like it well enough.
Thank you for watching!
Thanks. Good to know!
I think the bigger 17 "alloy rims fill out the wheel wells better and mitigate some of the concern you had about the body lines.
This is so what I want

Check out the new 2024 Nissan Juke, gorgeous. But not available in the US unfortunately.
It is sharp looking 👍🍸

No manual transmission :(
Please review the Nissan Versa with the manual transmission. There are folks care to buy one in NEW condition.
If I get the chance I will!

That engine looks scary for such a small vehicle.
It's not scary I assure you
You called it a “Rogue”,,,
😂😂😂😂
