lovely work! i feel your pain with the display piece, I had to make stainless pump adapter stubs for acidic environment impellers and on final operation it spun in the chuck and marred the finish. great shelf art for hours of work.
Thanks! Oh yes, workpiece spinning in the chuck is extra annoying. Not just a bad part, but you got to spend all that time fixing everything so you can continue...

Det är den ytan jag sveper indikatorklockan mot vid 12:08 i videon.
Very nicely done video, especially for the difficulty of capturing the multiple operations in process. I wonder if this part doesn’t illustrate the potential for a system, of a crankshaft specific arbor, with interchangeable pulleys and cogs, for versatility of application and track specific tuning of ratios ? Thanks for sharing.
I think about less than half of max. Maybe 1/3. In my case, for my machine, that's about 0.8 MPa. I usually go with how much they dig into the material. I'm quite happy with what you can see at 4:45 in the video.
I had the same problem. Couldn't find any post processor that was for my machine so i just took a genereic one for lathes with milling and Y axis, and heavily modified it. That took a lot of time and is not perfect, but good enough.
The collet system is called TC312. The collet holder has a cylindrical shaft and is in a boring bar holder for the capto taper. I've got mine from erolgu, but there are several other ones that's the same.

I use cam (HSM works). never really given mazatrol a try.
