Love the video. I’m not going to lie I was impressed with the whole Sky team. I might even give them a chance at sneaking into the playoffs. It’s important to remember that they don’t have their draft pick this season so losing won’t even help them get a great pick (pick will go to the Wings). I do feel like they do take a lot of shots which is good but it might cause them to shoot themselves out of games
Angel was 9 for 10 ftom the foul line. 9 rebounds, a block., and 2 steals with 13 points. Great content but inconsistency on certain aspects. That was all in her first game as a rookie.
Agreed! She was awesome
If GOD be for Angel Reese who can be against her even the devil in hell cannot prevail Angel Reese putting GOD first NO LIMIT
Angel looked great, I think she has improved a lot! But, does anyone have any insight into what was going on with the Liberty last night? I'm pretty out of the loop, but I heard this wasn't their first off game in recent memory. So what's going on there?
The Liberty’s stars were sorda just going through the motions from what I saw. Definitely not a great sign in terms of their bench depth because… yeah… Chicago outplayed them bad, but not the end of the world
The Liberty looked like they lost their basketball talent that game. On the other hand you've got to give it to Chicago for showing out at home and playing great under their new coach Teresa weatherspoon.
NYL head coach Sandy Bordello has never had a reputation for getting players to find new gears within. She gets handed great rosters and they never overachieve.
The defense/rebounding is what stands out the most. being 6'3, until she gets a middy, her shooting percentages will fluctuate wildly depending on her defender in the post and if her 'circus' shots are dropping. Her bread and butter is getting those Oboards however, and playing lowkey 1-5 defense. As long as she excels at those, she's a lock for the all rookie team. (Personally I'm just ITCHING for coach spoon to have her work on her court vision and use her in a draymond green role UGHHH)
Well said!
Also running the court making plays all she needs is a mid range and post moves she easily will be one of the best in the league
GREAT ANALYST 💯💪🏾💯💪🏾💯✊🏾💯
I dont know yet on her. I need to see more. One thing I do see is how Kamilla not being on the floor made her a better player, she was -21 in the debut
floor balance wit her and Cardosa does not work.
Angel is going to have a great career!
I’m hoping she’s top five rebounder this year
