My name and rep is no. 1, I have done the same because customer service is top, a couple times I was scammed and, and a few times i made great customers and some friends. But you resolved it in the end, communicated along the way with the buyer. Things go wrong. That's just a fact. What separates good businesses from mediocre businesses is how they respond when something goes wrong. This is one of the reasons eBay feedback is pretty much useless. Almost all feedback chronicles transactions where everything went the way they were supposed to. I don't really care about those incidents. What I do find a lot of value in are when a buyer leaves a negative rating and how the seller responds to it in the comment. I'm always surprised how unhinged many sellers react to negative feedback. When they get overly aggressive and accuse the buyer of running a scam, that tells me I probably don't want to buy anything from that seller. I see a lot of these low-quality sellers on Twitter. They post about how stupid the buyer is because they didn't realize the seller has a five-day handling time on shipments. Sorry, but if someone buys a $100 card from you, you should sent it out as quick as you can., It should go out the next day, I don't care what your policy says.

I haven’t finished the video yet but I just wanted to say that if you’re prepackaging the slabs, which is how most any other mystery slab product would be, there’s a reasonable chance it could dip below the floor. At the start of last year this slab would have been about $100, not long before that it was over $150, and between February and March of last year it lost almost $30. My point is there’s an inherent risk in buying slabs because they’re not guaranteed to go up, or even hold their value.

I haven’t seen any other poketuber show this kind of accountability in regard to their mystery product. The card industry in general is pretty suspect and no one will convince me that most poketubers aren’t swapping heavy packs for light packs when someone pulls a vintage tier mystery pack, but this accountability separates you from the sliminess. Just a learning experience in the end and easy to move past from a customer perspective

Slab prices change by the hour thats the biggest issue with putting in value tiers. Aslong as your willing to swap out slabs under 100 then there honestly isnt a issue in my eyes. WITH THAT BEING SAID sounds like the dude is scamming you more then anything.

It would help if you changed your package design to just a plain package. Thieves see a brand or logo, & they look it up. It's really bad when a package has anything Pokemon on it. Those kinds of packages scream to thieves "STEAL ME". Plain envelopes Plain bubble mailer, plain boxes. It's the only way to keep them safe.

This is either some elaborate marketing ploy, or you are just telling people "hey you can scam me out of $100-300 if you send me a bad review and an angry message".

Meaning some random can just order a bundle, take out the slab, leave a bad comment and get another bundle out of you for free profiting at your expense.
Don’t know if you care, but a piece of criticism is I don’t like the we in the mail your sending back it always feels like I’m talking to a robot when a company says we and it feels like I’m not talking to an actual person, so for you, maybe just put i or me. Lastly maybe the card was 79 because when you packed it, it was 100, but the price might have fell?

Imma be honest that is really rude for someone to do that. Now if you sent it and didn’t communicate and send a refund then yeah I would put a bad review. To put a review up without at least seeing if you would refund is very rude.

Idk mystery shit is a scam on its own.. I would stay away from any type of mystery giveaway shit.. it’s always junk slabs with a chance of winning a bigger junk slab.. that’s just a 10 dollar raw card that graded a psa 10 is 100

how is it a scam when they all clearly state the odds of pulling whatever they offer. it's called gambling on your end and don't get mad when you only order one pack and don't hit the 1 in whatever odds of pulling the chase. the real problem is people are stupid as hell now days and can't understand basic concepts of how mystery products work. people actually think you should have a $500 vintage pack in every bag but only charge $50 for the mystery bag.
It would help if you changed your package design to just a plain package. Thieves see a brand or logo, & they look it up. It's really bad when a package has anything Pokemon on it. Those kinds of packages scream to thieves "STEAL ME". Plain envelopes Plain bubble mailer, plain boxes. It's the only way to keep them safe.
