- Two foreigner girls from spain stayed in a home-stay in in Garhwal. They had a great time interacting with local people, knowing about the culture of Garhwal and enjoyed the daily life. They liked the welcoming nature of garhwali people and beautiful villages and mountains.

Awesome !! Thease Spanish Girls visiting one of our typical pahadi village getting themselves involved in different activities and having fun there have really drawn me crazy. We not only have rich culture but also have pure air/water/organic food / scenic beauty and have great potential for this kind of village tourism. I salute the person who motivated these girls to visit this place and also beautifully documented this visit.

Pahadi people are normally very kind & honest. Having grown up in Dajeeling, I found the people very kind,honest & welcoming. Women are treated with lots of respect & gender equality is given lot of importance. Hats off to the people of Uttrakhand.
