I saw Stevie on December 2, 1979 in Lincoln Center, NYC. My son was born a day later on December 3rd. I was not feeling very well, but I'd had my ticket for months and no way was I going to miss Stevie! What a fabulous concert it was too! My beautiful boy just turned 45 lol! I sure would have loved seeing this concert too! Happy Holidays to One and All 🕊🎄⛄🍀🕊
We saw this a few months ago. He and his huge band was extraordinary. Unbelievable. Certain musicians come around and we wish they would never leave us.
Loved to hear Stevie play an old hit " Knocks me off my feet" - last heard it sung on youtube by the only person to sing Stevie as well as Stevie - George Michael who loved/ was loved as an artist by Stevie. Re Jon Batiste he should try playing the Keytar as a bridging instrument like Prince did.
I woke the other morning with that intro going around my head no idea where it came from in my mind cos I haven’t heard it for decades and then here he’s doing it weird coincidences
This surely is life! This had me rocking in my chair lol. Fabulous musicians and the band and singers too! Thanks so much for sharing this video with us!
It was horrible. Instead of Stevie playing 12 of his best and most notable songs he foisted this hack upon us all, after delaying the show an hour to worship politicians and industry elite
LOVE LOVE LOVE John Batiste! It's awesome seeing him play the guitar!
Two musical bodhisattvas - Stevie created the soundtrack for my life... Jon is carrying the spiritual practice onward -- LOVE!!!
I agree completely!!!!
YES!!
Totally!!
Right on!!!
The master and the disciple ...right there.
Stevie Wonder & Jon Batiste what a joyful event....wish I was there!
I saw Stevie once in concert... Soundtrack of my life.

Jon Batiste is a genius and I can see him as a musical descendant of Stevie. I never made the connection before. I love them both. Geniuses!!!
Reminds me of Prince and Stevie! 💯‼️
I Agree❤️🔥❤️🔥🎹❤️🙏🏾
No one can do Prince. Except Sananda Maitreya in the 90s London “Holding Onto You.”That’s the closest I’ve seen. I still like Jon here though.

Hold up a candle rather than curse the darkness 💕💕
Jon is amazing, and so are the band and background singers.
PROPHECY THROUGH MUSIC, ART, NAMES AND NUMEROLOGY 😊❤❤❤

The Universe blessed you with this gift. ❤ May you be well!
Fabulous concert ! But I wish Stevie Wonder would have sung more of his brilliant Christmas songs like he did in his previous HFOT events.
FREEDOM!!! 🎶 🎉
A Sweet Man❤
Of course he plays the guitar.
What can't John do?
Same thought. They are both geniuses.
I know I had absolutely no clue 💜
Play anything worth a damn
Jon ❤
Life!

He didn't crash it , Jon was invited ...
Jon has a bit of Prince in him.
Life! Tell yo' Mama!
Yeah,. Yeah .Yeah!
😊😊😊😊
These guys are good ...but it is always the backing musicians who grab my attention. Nothin' flash, just doing their job playing for the song.
Love the horns!
Is that Anderson Paak on backup vox in the background, behind plexiglass, wearing sunglasses? 🤔
I didn’t know Jon Batiste could play guitar?!
hmmm i wonder how much the tickets were for this charity concert...oh was it free?
Great music by Stevie Wonder and Jon Batiste, but the worst filming. Don't pan around so much or so quickly.
That smoke machine was stupid.
Fabulous.
Disappointing.
