I just got one thanks. BUT.... is your reservation button loose? Mine doesn't have a spring or indicators showing that I'm pushing it in . If I play with it with my fingertip it just rattles. Am I missing something ???
vIs the 10-year battery life affected by frequent charging and discharging cycles? Maybe they have that figured into the 10 years but still curious.
If i remember correctly its rated at 10 years if you were to discharge and fully charge everyday. Which no one is going to do so its a pretty good warranty

Every time you turn on the unit, it will charge the flashlights if they are low . I fear that constantly charging the flashlights will decrease their battery life. Also, it doesn't state if the flashlights have LiFePO4 batteries or not or their charging life cycle. By the way, I received it the other day. The USB C outputs are not working, and when I plug a device into their A/C outlets, the output wattage is not being displayed on the screen. I'm totally disappointed. I thought Anker was a reliable company.
Do we really need a fragile color display on all power stations? Just one more thing to go bad in this unit. SMH
