Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu had said that the youth, identified as Paras Singh, had been booked under sections 124A (sedition), 153A (promoting enmity between different groups on ground of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language, etc), 505(2) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
This video is not to target Paras but to address his actions. We must respect everyone and make sure our words or actions don't antagonize anyone. Bharat must stay strong. Bharat must stay united.

A 21-year-old was Tuesday apprehended in Ludhiana by the Punjab Police following a case registered in Arunachal Pradesh for his purported racial remarks against Congress MLA and former Union minister Ninong Ering and for “inciting ill will and hatred” against the people of the northeastern state.
On Sunday, Paras uploaded a video where he commented on Ering’s appearance saying he did not “look Indian” and claimed that Arunachal Pradesh was not a part of India, but in China. Paras made the comments in the context of Ering’s letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi seeking a ban on a game called ‘Battlegrounds Mobile India’.
The video caused widespread outrage in Arunachal Pradesh, with people from various parts of the state, including Ering himself, filing complaints.
Speaking to The Indian Express, Ering said Paras was a video game enthusiast and hence “frustrated” with his letter asking for the ban. “It would have been alright if he just wrote to me about it but instead, he started criticising my looks, my community and my state. It was very hurtful to hear those comments.”
Ering said Paras’s comments amounted to “racial discrimination”. “Now is not just me who is fighting the case - our chief minister, our deputy chief minister, all the NGOs, students organisations… all the people of Arunachal Pradesh are speaking out,” he said.
A Punjab police official said, “The youth, whose family hails from Bihar earns Rs 40,000-50,000 a month from the advertisements that he gets on TH-cam on his channels. He is saying that he had no intention to hurt anyone with the video he posted about Arunachal MLA and he never knew it would snowball.”

The Ahom Empire defeated Mughals every single time they tried conquering our land. That's a part of our history which is so important, but is never mentioned in our textbooks.
But the New UGC Syllabus has a separate chapter for Ahom Empire.
I remember Battle of Saraighat was part of the chapter "Ahoms and Nagas" in our Nagaland History book

And when we try to add topics like Battle of Saraighat or other events, people blamed that the education department is favouring one culture over other... I'm an Arunachali. Arunachal Pradesh known as "The Land of the Rising Sun." This is the place where a children is thought "Jana Gana Mana" in very first day when they enters school. India comprises of 28 states and each state has its capital city. When we read State Capital of India, will always find Arunachal Pradesh in the second row, Andhra Pradesh in first. I literally wonder, how our educated people doesn't know about Arunachal Pradesh! why they always want to alienated us?
Just because we look different, that doesn't mean we're not Indians.
When India was under British control, British had conquered almost every part of India but Northeast is the only region where British couldn't hold it's power. Ahom, who fought against British not once not twice but thrice.
When China attacked India, The 1962 War, our ancestors fought against China.
We the northeastern people are so proud to be an Indian even though we have faced countless racism in our own country.

I hope north east states internal problems ends soon and they develop tremendously while maintaining their connection with nature unlike big cities here.
