At 3:00 I had the camera angle too low and you can't see what I'm doing. I'm just using a hot cut hardy tool to open up the cuts I made, you have to do this pretty quickly, if you lose too much heat you can risk cracking the eye of the cross when you open it.
I used to do all that cutting with a hacksaw, I love how times have changed . :)

What bandsaw do you have?
Two of them, the old green one at the beginning is a big Wilton and the other one I use for the intersecting cuts is a 1954 DoAll 1612
What size square Stock is that
