This is while the women get to take significant time off for child care and health reasons. The output for a male worker is on average higher for men because they don't get as much time off during their prime working years, but now get paid the same or slightly less than their female counterparts.

The American people voted the answer to the question of who they thought would lead the country best, and now we'll have to live the answers. I can appreciate the panel of women. All walks of life with different opinions. I have indeed taken some time away from social media and started looking into the facts of this election and what's to come. We've all got to brace ourselves for the next four years. Some know now, and others will find out in 2 years. But for now, we've got to prepare, and remember to be good to yourselves.
