Many embellishments have been added over the centuries by people who love it and want to improve it. Do as some of the wise ones here do and add whatever "extras" your circumstances demand. Just be assured that this form is the Marian rosary; all others are attempts to 'guild the lilly'.

It was an office used by Lay Brothers and the Third Order. Now the brothers are called "Cooperator Brothers" and use the same Liturgy of the Hours as the priest friars. The Fatima prayer is often used by Dominican friars of the Western Province.

I believe the church is St. Vincent Ferrer in New York(?) They are from the Eastern Province of the Dominican Friars Preachers I would guess.
