A small city car replacing the Honda Jazz that's far more practical than you'd think. The Honda City RS Hatchback is Honda's even more compact, sporty and practical take on the already incredibly practical and efficient Honda City Sedan.
Edit: As of posting, the Honda City Hatchback 1.5 RS CVT now retails for PHP 1,138,000.00.

I do wish there were more variants for the City hatchback, but our country outcasts hatchbacks in general for some reason. It's sad coz this class is severely underrated
Yeah sadly
I love the door thud checks man. Yeah. It does matter to me a lot!
Thanks :D
Thanks for the review!
My pleasure
Awesome content, i'am always eyeing for a hatchback coz of it's style, i do remember that i have my mom and dad buy my uncle's ford lazer as a graduation gift back in high school 🤔👍
What’s a Ford Lazer?
@@KyleLiongCars well the ford lazer was one of the variants released by ford during the 80's, and it was among the best sellers during that time, 2 variants were released, the hatchback and the sedan 🤔👍
Sorry kyle the right spelling is Ford Laser, my mistake hahaha 😅
Oooh I’ve never heard of that haha thanks
@@KyleLiongCars sure anytime
Perfect car.. perfect review.. thanks kyle..🤗🤗
Thanks too
@@KyleLiongCars your most welcome..🤗🤗
Nice review! Hoping to get the hatchback by end of the year hahah
Thanks! Good luck
@@KyleLiongCars btw sir Kyle, which one will you recommend, the raize or the hatchback? Ik they’re both different body types but the price isn’t that far off kasi. I have no knowledge about cars and would love to get your insight on this
I prefer sedans and lower riding cars with more power eh, so I’d go for the City hatch
Sir Kyle, great and thanks for the video! Is there like a censor for this unit? Like if another vehicle is almost near or just an inch from you, while driving, it will start to alarm.
Nope
I agree with you, Kylie. Compared with the City Sedan, the HB I have has more spunk & sportier looking. It stands out. The City Sedan looks like just any other sedan in its class. However, for its price which is just a bit lower than the Territory Titanium, the City HB pales in comparison in looks, ride and features. Territory has tons of features absent in the City.
I wouldn’t say that it pales in comparison to the Territory in terms of looks. I much prefer the looks of the City HB. Also, the ride may not be as good, but the drive more than makes up for it haha!
Also, I do prefer sedans/hatches over SUVs
Looks is subjective... i prefer a good looking hatch than a good looking SUV. And this city hatch looks really good.
Hello, Kyle! Thanks for the review! This car vs Mazda 2 Hatchback 2023, which do you prefer considering cost, driving experience, maintenance, etc. Contemplating between these two. Thank you!
PS. I am a first time driver :D
Overall I’d go for this
@johncarlosantos5050 I've been a pick-up/crossover/SUV guy for almost a decade now and just bought my City Hatch 3 months ago as my new alternate ride. All I can say is that you can't go wrong with this one.
Please do a review on the all new honda hr v rs turbo 😊
Still trying to get a schedule :)
Wish a new update for the Yaris and Vios! lagging behind competitors in terms of refinement and design. althought Vios is still number 1
Never been a fan of the Vios
Hi I'm planning on getting this one next month. In your experience, is the ground clearance of this car, 134 mm, enough for the occasional speed bump or lubak? What about when it has 4 adults and some luggage? Please answer. Thanks a lot.
Haven’t tested it with that much payload
@KyleLiongCars Oh okay. Thanks anyway.
I wish they have crystal black color for this hatch…
Hi Kyle 😊👍 Wc do you prefer, this, or the VW Santana GTS?
I kinda like this more
@@KyleLiongCars Awww, I thought you're pro-German cars 😁
Not a “fan boy” naman hahaha
Bro when we can expect City hatchback in India? Any idea?
Sorry bro no idea :(
Hope it comes with sunroof option.
Sadly not
Rs hatchback or 2nd hand 2019 mazda 3 sportback for daily use?
Hard choice. Depends how much you can get the Mazda3 for
Not always
Musta sa city road conditions e.g lubak. A bit worried about ground clearance.dito na lang ako nHihirapan to proceed with having one,
Firm but not too bad. GC wise, just don’t mount it on curbs
Price of city rs hatchback? Pls review new liteace
Bro watch the vid
Nice💯
Thanks
Proud owner here 😃
Nice congrats
Kamusta fuel consumption po?
Boss balak ko ksi kumuha ng 4wheel, anu ba mas ok city hatchbakck or coolray geely? Hirap mag decide ehh hahahah
Depende eh. Personally I prefer lower cars so baka I'd go for the City Hatch haha! Pero depende where you live if you need the ground clearance
@@KyleLiongCars thank you sir, baka nga mag City HB nlng ako , mejo na amaze lang ako sa feature ni coolray hahaha
Update us on your final decision hehe
Ano kinuha mo boss? Same dilemma. Baka mag emgrand na nga lang din me 😂
seats look dirty or is that the design
Both haha
best color? white, blue or this?
Personally, I’d take this
Ano difference neto sa 2021 hatchback?
None
sir pwde po b sa probinsya tong honda city? tnx 🤣
Siyempre
Its a shame our country got the repair kit instead of spare wheel
It’s fine
Civic S or City RS Hatchback
Civic
WHEN launch in INDIA
Gotta ask your local Honda there
Hope this can be requested with a manual transmission if buying 🤣
Nope
Bagus
Nani
Preferred a hatchback manual transmission than a cvt, just saying..!
Same
Is it just me or the reviewer downplays the obvious premiumness of the car versus it's close japanese competition and then some.
Hmmmm I don’t see too much of the premiumness
@@KyleLiongCars not saying there's "too much" premiumness, but I think it's a tad inch premium (build & feel) than it's closest japanese competition in its category, which there isn't that many anyhow here in the country (Yaris 1.5 S CVT perhaps). But hey, to each his own. More power!
You should've had the car vacuumed for this review because the car looks like a mess.
Didn't have the time for it, sorry
@@KyleLiongCars It's okay. You made it up by uploading a first look at the Suzuki Ertiga hybrid.
This or the blue color
Your call and taste haha
Sadly no honda sensing.
Yeah
The City RS hatchback is not that a head-turner, the sedan do, maybe because the hatchback department belongs really to the Jazz.
I beg to differ haha! I like the hatch more
@@KyleLiongCars begging granted sir Kyle hahaha! well we are entitled to our own preference at least, we just be thankful Honda gave us these choices of hatch
Indeed
