Toddlers with low muscle tone may need to put in more effort to get their muscles moving properly when they are performing a particular activity. Providing your toddlers with a pair of supportive shoes can help provide the extra support that joints need for good posture and movement.

If you tell me your child's shoe size, foot shape (narrow, medium, wide, extra wide), and the country that you are contacting me from I can send you specific shoe recommendations to your email address.

What to do in case of only one foot walking on tippy toes and the other normal?

I haven't come across this specific situation. Have you inspected the shoe of the foot that gets on the toes? I would first check if there is some sort of sharp object or defect around the heel of the shoe that might be forcing your child to get on the toes. I also suggest to check if the shoe on that specific foot is too big, as that might also be the cause of your child getting on his toes. If there is nothing wrong with the shoes, I suggest looking into this resource: fittingchildrenshoes.com/shoes-for-tip-toe-walking-children-prevent-your-kids-from-walking-on-their-toes/

I appreciate your response. This is about my niece's 2 yr old. I am just a concerned uncle looking for answers.
It's like the child had a severe charley horse/cramp in her crib one night and it was never relieved.
It's just the one foot, but she walks up on her toes with both for balance.
She hasn't worn shoes yet, as far as I know.
I will share your video with her mother. Thanks
