      Hi there, we're sorry that it's not Bluetooth, and the receiver has to be plugged into speaker with 1/4" mic input for the best performance. For speaker with only AUX/Line in jack, then the speaker output power should be at least 15 watt, otherwise sound would be low.

      Hi there, a dynmaic microphone is the best choice if your mian uses is in a noisy or outdoor envrionment, especially if you don't want to put the mic too close to sound source. If you're using a sensitive condenser mic, though you can get clearer sound, but the background noise will be overwhelming. That means in your application, you have to choose between good clarity or less distracting sound. We would recommend to go for the latter one.

    Hi Tobias, new subscriber here to you. The video was really informative for me since I'm a complete noob at sound. I am wanting to build a karaoke setup in a decent sized basement but don't know where to start. Can you give me any pointers on equipment I would want or your setup for the outdoor pool party? My budget wouldn't be extreme on either side.

    • @TobiasHolenstein
      @TobiasHolenstein  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Curtis thanks for subscribing! For speakers I just have 1 powered PA speaker. So i would say if you get one or two of those you should be good. Then for the screen, I use an Epson projector, which I have projecting onto a large white tarp. I have my laptop connected to the projector and I just use TH-cam for the karaoke songs.

      Hi Mayoor, if you are trying to record cover songs to post on youtube, like the ones I have on my channel, I would recommend a condenser mic. The mic in this video is a dynamic mic meant for live performances. Fifine has a condenser mic called the Fifine K670. This is it here amzn.to/2P7jFMF

      Instead of simple adapter, you need a USB audio interface to make it work on computer. So perhaps a USB model K026 will be more suitable. And if you just want to use it for voice-to-text converting for email, perhaps our K668 would be better and much cheaper.

    • @TobiasHolenstein
      @TobiasHolenstein  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It depends what you are trying to do. If you are trying to record into your computer with the mic, then yes you will need an interface. If you are using the mic to sing or speak live, then you will need a speaker. If you get a speaker I would recommend getting a powered PA speaker, where you can plug the mic in directly, because then you won't need any additional equipment.

    • @FIFINE
      @FIFINE 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Alnisa, if it's for a better karaoke experience, we're afraid that there's more you're going to invest: apart from the speaker, you still need a mixer to blend in the background sound. If your TV setup connected with an external speaker, we would recommend the K036 wireless system for karaoke instead.

    Great video, I liked it. Okay, here's a strange question. Would I be able to connect this microphone's receiver into my cell phone's headphone port using a microphone splitter/adapter and record interviews with it using my cell phone's voice recorder?

    • @FIFINE
      @FIFINE 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      That will involve quite a lot of adapters, the 1/4" to 1/8" adapter and TRS to TRRS adapter. And because of so many adapter, the sound quality will not get a guarantee. So it would be better to get hands on the K026: bit.ly/fifinemicrophone-k026 and connect its USB receiver with your Android phone via a USB to micro-USB or type C adapter.

      You would need a 1/4" to 3.5mm adapter to plug the receiver into the iPhone. Then you would need a TRS to TRRS adapter to make it smart phone compatible. Or if you can find a 1/4" to 3.5mm TRRS adapter that would work too
