    Ingredients:
    - 1 cup sabudana (sago pearls)
    - 2 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed

    - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
    - Salt to taste
    - Oil for frying
    Instructions:
    1. Rinse the sabudana under running water until the water runs clear. Then soak the sabudana in water for about 3-4 hours or until they become soft. Drain any excess water using a strainer.
    2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes, crushed peanuts, chopped green chilies, cumin seeds, chopped coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well to form a dough-like mixture.
    3. Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape them into small patties or vadas.
    4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadai over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully slide the prepared vadas into the hot oil in batches, without overcrowding the pan.
