It’s great that you are doing these reviews of so many hotels in Singapore! Because there are so many options and it’s hard to choose from. I am now contemplating between the Clan hotel and the Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay. Lyf didn’t make it to the shortlist because of the size(((
I am glad it helps you! Haha we stayed at both hotels before and we personally love The Clan Hotel. The food is extremely good! But Parkroyal Marina Bay location is slightly better imo. Haha totally get it, Lyf is indeed very small hahaha
Hi, I’m planning to stay there for my visit next August. Do you think the bed can fit 3 adult woman even though it will be a bit inconvenience? Thanks before
Hello! 3 people might be quite tough. TBH, even 2 people is just nice, but we went without luggage. If we did have luggage, might be a tight squeeze. But there are rooms for 3 people, so if yall are relatively small size, and dont mind small spaces, I think that is fine. haha Hope this helps!
When we were there, it was! But after cross checking on recent information, does not seem like the pool is there anymore. Might want to double check with Ascott Live Chat if you can. Checked Ascott website and various travel booking platforms as well, all did not mentioned there is a pool. So I suspect it might not be in use anymore. Hope this helps!
Hey there! Thanks for your question! I would say Lyf Farrer Park is decent! Directly connected to City Square Mall and a MRT. And just a stone's throw away to Little India. But if you prefer something more upscale and "modern" then Lyf @ Funan will be your choice! But overall, I would say Lyf @ Funan location is still better than Lyf Farrer Park. And if I am not wrong, Lyf Farrer Park is serviced apartments and not really a hotel hotel. (though Lyf @ Funan is also not a full hotel lol, but feels like more amenities) Hope this helps!
I would say its decent! Lifts located in the building as well and through the shopping mall. However there are no rooms located on the same floor as the lobby so still gotta take lift. Also rooms might be abit small too so maybe bring lesser luggages if possible.
@@BestHotelReviewChannel thank you for your quick respons. How about breakfast? I mean the mall open at 10, and the hotel do not serve break fast. So, what option will I have?
Yup the mall opens at 10am but it is actually still accesible! There is actually a store called Toastbox that opens at 8.30am (we personally love toastbox haha). Alternatively there is also Yakun toast in the same mall that opens at 8am which serves the traditional breakfast in Singapore of coffee with kaya butter toast! If you do not want toast, there are a couple of cafes near Clarke Quay (a 5-10mins walk) which you can have traditional western breakfasts as well. If you think all is lost, there is macdonalds as well down below hahhaha.
In terms of train, no direct access but you are walking distance about 5-8mins to a train station that takes you there in one stop. There are also buses nearby which are about 4 stops away from lyf!
Thanks for making this review Lance! Great vid as always! And congrats on meeting your 1k subs mark that you set in 2022!
No problem! Glad you liked it! And also thank you so much!! Appreciate the support :D

Hi! Do you know if guests have access to the pool for free? Thanks for sharing😊

Do they offer PJ's?
Afraid not haha
How do you compare it to Lyf Farrer Park?

wait a minute, the toilet doesn't have a faucet to wash your hands in?!?! wtf
Haha, they do! it is located on the outside of the toilet, it faces towards the living spaces instead of the usual toilet layout
Is this hotel perfect for senior citizen?
