Im a north Philly girl ! And I live in LA , and you’re so right they have barely any Italian bread out here 😂😂 I had to improvise just to try and make my hoagie girl 😁😂😂
Me too North Philly!! Tioga section!! Uptown girls!! 🙌. I live in South Philly now not too far from where Amber is from. South Philly has the best hoagies though and cheese steaks. But up North Philly Max's is where to go for the bomb cheese steaks. 👍
I’m a New Yorker and sandwiches and the whole deli culture thing is a lifestyle- so I definitely get all of this! Nothing hits like a good ass sandwich. The fresh bread component is something that I will be sticking to moving forward for my homemade sandwiches ❤

Im from NY and bread , bagels , pizza is all about the water.. if you get a day old bread , i usualy sprinkle with water, wrap in foil and put in oven for a few min to make soft ..Italian is a must!!❤

I usually add red wine vinegar or my new favorite Mizkan seasoned rice vinegar. Try it! I promise you will love it!!!
