I would of wanted that ribeye to be shaved that’s how we do it but the ribeye the most important part and the amoroso rolls for sure southwest in the building ❤ I do pickles also now mustard not so much but I def do mustard on my hoagies w the Mayo on cheesesteak I do salt pepper ketchup Mayo fried onions and pickles and hots (sometimes on the side or on) but honestly I’ll do even a plain cheesesteak cuz it’s just that good 😋
