I’m also diagnosed with autism and after 14 years of occupational behavioral and speech therapy, I have been living a life that my parents never thought I could, including earning the second highest GPA in high school, having multiple jobs, driving and living on my own in a different state, even when people kept telling me that I should never do that. For me, Helen Keller was a hero. When I heard her story as a kid, I was amazed at the way she was healed: learning how to communicate and live in the world. That story gave me hope, that no matter what if I can work towards independence, I can achieve it. I loved her story so much that I read and studied her ever since fifth grade. As a fun bit of trivia, one of my favorite stories about her was when she went to Radcliffe College. The board kept rejecting her over and over but she kept coming to them over and over when they asked her why since they really didn’t want her, she said “I know that’s why I keep trying.” Ultimately she won them over and became a student there in 1900.
I've already done "Miracle on 34th Street". And I don't really wanna do a comparison of "The Grinch". I'm actually hoping to do one on "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever" this year...if I'm able to somehow ge the footage for the new while it's still in theaters...
For a new old vs new video, I would recommend Peter and the Wolf. The Disney version vs Chuck Jones from 1996 and the 2006 stop motion version. I’m very curious and interested to see which one of those versions do u personally prefer. For me personally, I prefer the 1996 Chuck jones version because I grew up on that. Even though the wolf in that version still scares me to this day and even the wolf’s theme in general STILL sends chills down my spine to this very day.
myself too am Autistic My fellow Friend, since I was 3 years. Asperger’s Syndrome was my diagnosis name, in my life I have lived the most bold adventures growing up, I was Fun, funny 😆, and I was troublesome but as is Maturism and determining who you’d want to become. Now I’m living my life making choices I’d never believed I could accomplish, I discovered a romantic 💘 side to my soul, and my hope to see the good in my fellow Men.
Here's another suggestion for a future Oldest vs Median vs Newest: *"ALICE IN WONDERLAND"* (1951) from Walt Disney Productions vs *"ALICE IN WONDERLAND"* (1985) from Irwin Allen Productions vs *"ALICE IN WONDERLAND"* (1999) from Hallmark Entertainment
Every version gives chills, truly moving

Wow, I didn't know that last bit! Looks like Annie's persistence rubbed off on Helen!

Anne Bancroft and Patty Duke both won Oscars for their roles in the original.
That's hardly a surprise :)

Might I recommend an old vs new of Scarface the 1932 film starring Paul Muni and the more well known remake in 1983 starring Al Pacino
