I've seen both and will NEVER watch the remake again. It was ok, but I'm a Hayley Mills fan and Lindsey Lohan just leaves me COLD. I like the original enough to buy it so I could rewatch it.

I like the Disney version overall but grew up with the bcc on vhs. It's one of the ways I learned English it did not have subtitles.

I’m also on the autism spectrum myself and I went to nationals for Special Olympics in swimming in 2010, came back home with 4 medals (two bronze, a gold and a silver), graduated high school and graduated college with honours. However I did have gone through some hardships a few years later, I struggled with not only mental health such as depression, anxiety, self hate and lack of self esteem and confidence after the loss of my beloved grandma and going through a transition with my friend after she had her daughter and became isolated and depressed but also lost a couple more loved ones such as my eldest cousin from terminal brain cancer, my uncle in a tragic motorcycle accident. I’ve also struggled with unemployment and job searching for a few years off and on after getting laid off 3 times at 3 different sign companies within 6 years including my very first sign making job after 5 years, then Covid hit and struggled with the covid changes around me so I decided to take the year off of job searching during 2020 to focus on my mental health and trying to cope with Covid related stuff in general from news topics to trying to follow Covid protocols. In 2021, I took an online course at a different college on data entry specifically for adults on the autism spectrum during Covid (4 months of online classes and 2 months paid work experience). Fast forward to a year or 2 later, I now work at 2 permanent part time jobs. One at a small sign company and the other at an IT company that does document digitization, verification, scanning, etc and only employs adults on the autism spectrum and I now own my condo close to my family and have been living there on my own for 8 years, am a very proud single cat mom of 2 that I’ve adopted so I’m very very lucky to have such a very large and yet loving and super supportive family who are my support system despite everything I’ve been through and I honestly don’t know what I would do without them in my life. I’m very grateful for everything with what I’ve got now.

Hi i liked the newer version better ,it seemed to stick to the book more and really told the full story and were more scenes from the book in it so liked the newer one better ,just an opinion ,

I thought if they renewed for more seasons of the goosebumps 2023 the show every season would be telling completely different stories from beginning to end.

If I had known about the Black Christmas remake, I might have considered it, especially now that I've been encouraged to push the marathon much longer than it needs to be. But in the end, I went with Silent Night, Deadly Night 2 purely for the memes. While a handful of your choices here, we will be watching. I'm most excited to watch Eight Crazy Nights.

And I don't know if anyone can relate to both series but they are similar in the scripts between the two or they might have changed the story a little bit some of the stories do go along of the HBO series in the new Netflix series and then we cannot forget the new word switch where Georgina who was the HBO version of Mildred Hubble her cousin actually goes to the Miss cackles academy

But give it the choice between the two I would say the HBO series 1 first I would go with that one versus the Netflix version but again I like them both

For a new old vs new video, I would recommend Peter and the Wolf. The Disney version vs Chuck Jones from 1996 and the 2006 stop motion version. I’m very curious and interested to see which one of those versions do u personally prefer. For me personally, I prefer the 1996 Chuck jones version because I grew up on that. Even though the wolf in that version still scares me to this day and even the wolf’s theme in general STILL sends chills down my spine to this very day.

I watched the original. To me, Jackie Earle Haley always looked weird. He was supposed to be the heartthrob, but I could tell he was not going to age well. He was always naturally thin and time did him no favors.

I’m also diagnosed with autism and after 14 years of occupational behavioral and speech therapy, I have been living a life that my parents never thought I could, including earning the second highest GPA in high school, having multiple jobs, driving and living on my own in a different state, even when people kept telling me that I should never do that. For me, Helen Keller was a hero. When I heard her story as a kid, I was amazed at the way she was healed: learning how to communicate and live in the world. That story gave me hope, that no matter what if I can work towards independence, I can achieve it. I loved her story so much that I read and studied her ever since fifth grade. As a fun bit of trivia, one of my favorite stories about her was when she went to Radcliffe College. The board kept rejecting her over and over but she kept coming to them over and over when they asked her why since they really didn’t want her, she said “I know that’s why I keep trying.” Ultimately she won them over and became a student there in 1900.
