My family finds it wierd like someone like me has plants and that i do my plant chores lol Im more of a cacti/succulent guy but seeing the ones you have, im looking in to getting several of them to mix it it up a bit.
@@ErikaLodes your always lookn better than mine does; plus tbh all mines need transplantation into much bigger pots. Love the channel but especially luv luv luv the host. Keep up the beautiful work Ms.beautiful-stranger
I need to transfer some philis from spaghnum moss to aroid mix.... nervous. My bby billitae, pink lady, and majestic.... I can't keep on top of watering.... do you have a video about transfer?
Honestly your experiences w/ mealybugs and spider mites are completely opposite for me 😂 mealies took out a third of my collection last winter and I feel like they’re always hiding on at least one plant somewhere, and they’re so hard to spot bc they wedge themselves in tiny little spaces near the stem. I wonder if our environments are different or if it really is just bad luck of getting them once and then never being able to 100% eradicate them 🧐
Melano is a meanie!! Lol You're awesome. My socal plant guide. I've learned from youtube solely and you're my most relatable, no drama, gal.. have you been to Verdant Vivarium? Etsy. Oh that etsy...... lol
Ya I’ll keep you updated! The fan is definitely slowing down so I don’t think it will last for much longer, but I’m hoping it will pull through Also congrats on ur green house that’s so exciting!!! 🤩
Love your videos, but when you are using a systemic spray, you need to drench that plant! Front and back of leaves and the entire stem should be dripping and left to airdry. If not youre just teaching the mites how to become resistant.
Poor Verru and Melano you have 😬 Why don’t give it a proper moss pole. It will size up in no time. And you can propagate even more 😉 ‘Sydney Plant Guy’ has tonnes of moss pole tips and tricks. He is probably one of the best. Cheers!
I’ve been subscribing your Channel several months now I’ve learned many planty things from your contents But these days I can hear some very high noises it really bothers me I just Wanted you to know

Lol mine is the same! Also yes, def get some more planties!!
Try to use Saran Wrap if you have it around to keep the moss wet where you're air layering! :)
I will do that bc my forearms are getting too buff from spraying so often lmao
@@ErikaLodes Hahaha

Where did you get ur mint green scooper!?! Been looking for one just like that!
I got it as a gift so I can’t tell you where to find this exact one :( but this kind of scoop is called a bonsai scoop so hopefully that helps
You couldn’t remember you grew a Cannabis plant? I’d remember that one. It’s still illegal to grow that here in Florida. 😄
Lol I couldn’t remember what it was called

I don’t think so about moss to soil, but that prob means I should make one. Good luck for when you transfer them. I’m sure they will do well ☺️
😍😍👍👍

Yes that's exactly what I wanted to say too, must be totally drenched!
Thanks for letting me know 😌 that’s what I usually do but when I’m lazy the paper towel is my method. No more being lazy I guess lol
I’ve had good luck water propagating Hoya linearis
If this fails.. that will be my last hope
How can i contact you?
Scales are not that bad, mealys too. The worst are spidermites, guess, because the are tiny.
At least since I always deal with the worst when I get the other ones it won’t seem so bad 🥺

Lol I didn’t even notice my pole was just a bamboo stick 😂😂😂😂 they definitely need a better one my poor babieeeesss
