Btw when you were doing camp upgrades you kind of missed one since theres this one NPC or something you can meet and that unlocks a option in the ledger that make it that you can buy a boat for the camp (which costs $450 in the ledger) which would make the total of the spending $44747.59

The legend of the east satchel isn’t a purchasable item until the epilogue, you have to craft it anytime before the epilogue
He forgot the boat from chapter 3 tho for the camp upgrades
