Agree although I generally use either gripit plasterboard fixings or usually toggles, particularly if they have young kids as they seemingly always swing on towel rails and toilet roll holders judging by the number of times I've had to reefix them!

First rule when I buy anything is to throw the included fixture plugs & screws straight in the bin.
