Nice job, came up well. The scissor lift didn't seem to have any outriggers, it looks like a very narrow footprint, be very careful, don't use it on even the slightest of slope or uneven ground. The fsc did seem to have too many swivels on but it might need different jets - angle or orifice? Just so you know telescopic poles will need stripping and rinsing out every now and again as when extended the hose going up can carry dirt and grit that gets trapped at the overlapping sections - best to strip and rinse out every so often to help it slide easier and reduce wear.
They have a pothole protection system that kick in after a certain height, having said that on uneven ground a scissor lift with automatic adjusting outriggers is ideal or a small cherry picker types "mewp"

Hi jake, when your worker was using the pole there was still x3 sections left inside the pole. If he was to bring in the first 3 he took out and uses the last 3 instead the pole would be much more rigid and easier to handle. Keep up the great videos .John grimsby
When using the yellow surface cleaner you need to put your quick release straight in line with the pole then put the surface cleaner on won’t get as much movement 👍🏻 pedal box when on tower or picker hand trigger on floor
Nice to get up there, but there are more accidents with scissor lifts toppling than any other equipment so the ground has to be very level and solid. OK to use but take extra, extra care. Good result, roof looks so much better.
Hi Jake the pivot joint on the end of the pole needs a washer on the nut side so it tightens and doesn’t move and pivot all over the place, my turbo devil did the same thing this fixed it straight away
Great video Jake 👍👍👍 Can you provide a video of how you change the swivel please when you do as I’m having exactly the same issue with my TD300 Keep it up mate 👍
@SMOUT_ yeah very true. Without that experience it's hard to gauge what to pressure wash. Learn from my mistakes I guess. Just hope they aren't too costly. Great vids. Learning a lot
Being a bricklayer and roofer I can tell you now there’s nothing wrong with pressure washing a roof as long as you don’t use to much pressure and always worth wile poking ya head up in the loft and having a Quick Look for gaps and see if if there’s any wet patches
I'd be keen to see you use that 14" FSC with the rigid QR coupler. I have one of those FSC and have been thinking about using it on a roof, but I don't want to look like a noob to customers with it flapping around on the end. I don't have anyone to practice on, but I begrudge paying £300-400 for a fancy one if that one will do the job just as well. Was it heavy on the end of the pole?

Lovely Job Chaps, Well Done.
Scaff board will sort most sensors out mate . Top tip put it length ways if you can. Less likely to topple and gives you more space with the pole.
After 100 roofs I totally stopped using any pressure- now I only treat em but I give upp to 5 years of guarantee. People love that
Which chemical treatment have you found works best please? It must be good if you are offering a 5 year warranty
@@yp77738yp77739maybe he hasn’t been doing it 5 years yet 🤣 👀 (I wouldn’t offer 5 years guarantee)

Must have been nerve wracking getting it through the side there. Tight as you get!

Take the angle adapter of and use straight pole
So.many horror stories about pressure washing roofs I just haven't been able to commit to not scraping
Yeah it's a tricky subject, lots of people have different experiences. I suppose you've got to judge each job individually

Top job guys! Bit annoying that you couldn't get it treated

I cant help but cringe when i see pressure washers being used of roofs
How many litres per minute is your machine mate?
What make of pole were you using ?
GVS pro 35 power pole 👍🏼
That surface cleaner has to many moving parts. They are a ball ache. They need some work to get right
Those hiden man hole covers that's been coverd over..
When I was younger we’d practice at college. Now it’s appears ok to practice on people’s property. I don’t think this is ok.
Bon matériel mais plus tu rajoutes du poids à ta perche et plus c'est lourd au fil de la journée.
