      First it will turn green, don’t worry, don’t touch it! Time passes and green garlic will turn to brown, juicy, and tasty. Please wait until it due (from 6 months to 1 year)

    Importain is to use pure black vinegar but must not be mixed with water! Evident, use only old garlics, 3 years of preservative, bashed on color! Smell aromatic! 🙏! Best of luck dear friends!

    This make me think, maybe other types of food preservative may not required temperature u to a boing point but then vinegar and salt might kill germs on/in garlics , just my thoughts!

    Only 3 ingredients are needed for garlic preservative: 1. Pure black brown rice vinegar. alone; not to be mixed with water. 2. Granular salt. 3. All types of sugar, except palm sugar. •••••• Not to bring to the boil , but only 50 , based on food temp meter, vitally important! Can be kept up to many years, as evident, 6 years on this video, Credit to honest/not Chinese chief/Cambodian certified Chief who lives in Japan and with Japanese spouse also...!
