You know you have arrived as a cycling channel when GCN and their almost 2 million subscribers copy your idea. As always, a great, enjoyable vid.
I was in there after I saw you at Ochoco and was really impressed. The same people took the time to share some local event info, had rad stuff and zero attitude. Grabbed a GSC Nalgene and a Dynaplug and both make me smile. Happy to see more light shining on them and wish them continued success.
I haven't been to LA in years and for some reason this video gave me flashbacks. Part of it was the scenery, but mostly the banter between you two. Gotta get back to California soon!

A race with checkpoints, DIY navigation, and Long/Lat jumble, crazy. How many cheat sheets out there; you think? These shop visits are another great part of the channel. Plan to add a ambush of so serious shop sometime? Have fun.
Shame that they are closing down...I was looking forward to a visit when I visited LA from the UK

love golden saddle and cub house. if you get a chance to head down to long beach, check out the bicycle stand. great focus on vintage bikes. the owner, evan, and the staff are super cool.

I'm going to be in LA (Koreatown) for a weekend wedding at the end of the month -- thanks for the bike shop info -- will have to try to squeeze in a visit or two. Hoping to take a couple of hours to explore using a bike share bike... :)

@@iWillbike , I looked it up on Google Maps -- it's really close -- and there appear to be bike share stations relatively near both ends. Woohoo! Riding a bike share bike won't exactly be living the supple life, though. ;)
Sadly, GSC is closing at the end of November 2022.

Maybe my riding buddies and I should open a Bike Shop, every ride we do has food involved, either during or after. Isn't that the reason we cyclists ride, at least recreational ones, to be able to eat what we want and still be healthy?

That's a new slant to LA. and it's reputation for the kinky! Retiring to a closet to fondle tires! I've got a couple of spare tires that under the right set of circumstances may be fondled. Maybe Tinder might be more successful in attracting attention.
