Hi Jade. Do you know what, I actually did not start with any sort of real diet plan as yet. I am using this first 2 months of the year (Jan and Feb) to get my body accustomed to going to the gym 4 - 5 times a week. Only then after that will I focus more on my diet. I did not want to restrict calories while I was beginning my training, but in the months to come, I will focus more into diet
