Her EP has a little voice track that says “You do the same thing over and over and over and you keep promising that you’re not going to do this thing over and over and over. And you keep saying ‘Give you a chance,’ because I never ‘give you a chance,’ but all I do is give you chances. This was your chance again and once again you let me down,” which is kind of where we see her finally kind of letting it all out to the person this music is based on, and that continues to go with that entire idea of okay she’s dealing with it, she’s going with it whatever. Maybe he’ll change, blah blah blah and then he doesn’t and it’s her tipping point. She’s done. So maybe that’s just the entire premise of the EP in general
Your explanation on how deeper voices are sorta naturally programmed in our minds to be sinister, makes sense. It actually explains why I always thought country singers with really deep voices were scary when I was growing up.
Your videos kinda take me back to my audio engineering class, where we had to learn to hear more than just the vocals, which was cool! But it wasn't a music class, and I appreciate your insight on why artists may choose certain sounds or tones, how they paint their picture within the song.

When describing stacked vocals, maybe try referring/comparing to it as a backing track? Or melody since if you stack vocals on the same note it just makes it sound louder as opposed to adding that dimension you hear.
