Oregon Walking Tour (Autzen Stadium in Eugene)

This is a video walking tour of the inside of Autzen Stadium in Eugene, Oregon, prior to and during the Colorado Buffaloes and Oregon Ducks football game on Saturday, September 23, 2023. Named in honor of Portland lumberman and philanthropist Thomas J. Autzen, it opened on September 23, 1967. Ironically, Autzen is an Oregon State alum. The current capacity is 60,000, thanks to a $90 million 2002 facelift and expansion. The stadium is located just north of the Willamette River. Ready? I used to live on mento loop road just past the stadium, could here the ducks games from my house in the late 70’s early 80’s when the weren’t good! Watched elway, Allen, etc… wow I feel old! And same great voice announcer!😉👍
