I'm doing a painting of Lord Krishna...having trouble mixing the right dark blue for shadows. Did you add a little black to that blue shading tone?

What type and brand of canvas you use ? And what type and brand of acrylic Colors you use. Please share cuz my acrylic colors get dry after 4-6 mins once I put it on my canvas.
Do you use/ add any medium to your acrylic colors ? How can you fade new color into old layer. In this case:- fading dark blue color into the light blue color which was already done by you few mins ago.do you use any medium for fading or to help you to keep the paint wet. Help me out with this please. Thankyou Anna 🙏🏼💐
The canvas and acrylic paints are cheap and basic. Yes acrylic does dry very quickly. You have to blend quickly, one layer over the next, using only a little water. It takes practice! Only water, no medium used. Good luck!
