I think that I get it. NTV is correct, there was a tussles as to who between Muigai or Muite is to represent the IEBC. The renegade commisionners through their lawyer wanted to be the face of IEBC in this case claiming that they are the 'majority'. However, that request has been struck out. Muilu says that it is not the business of SCOK to determine who represent IEBC. However, the 4 commissionesrs are free to go a head to be represented by Muite if they so wish. In other words, if they choose to be represented by Muite, they will be doing so at their individual capacity but not as IEBC.

Wenye mnalalamika ati headline is misleading hujaelewa venye kulienda. According to the 4 commissioners WAASI 🤣🤣; they wanted Muite n Issa Advocate to represent IEBC as Electoral Commission and not as Individuals. N this was struck out by court, since it is not the mandate of the court to determine who are majority of IEBC commissioners. But the court is interested on who is the IEBC and Procurement procedures of a government entity. A simple as such. 🤷♂️🤷♂️
IEBC did an excellent job with transparency for the first time kenya 🇰🇪 proved to the world that democracy can prevail in a 3 rd world country

The title does not present what really happened... its completely misleading. The lawyers will still represent the 4 commissioners but at a personal level not as IEBC

You guys are posting different thing. Your tittle is misleading Kenyans. Even the ruling is different from what you are saying. Muite is representing The 4 Commissioners
The four commissioners wanted the lawyers to represent them as IEBC cause they are the majority but the judges differed, the commission cannot be split therefore Munga's team and Muite's team will defend different parties but non will be considered as IEBC's lawyer

Githu Muigai will represent the commission (IEBC) and Chebukati, while the four commissioners will be at liberty to engage the services of Paul Muite and IssA MansooR if they deem fit. In short, the four commissioners will foot their own bills should they hire Paul Muite and IssA MansooR to represent them individually.
