My symptoms are very similar. I’ve had this for 29 years with daily pain and urgency.

Thank you for your video Karl, which in the scheme of things in dealing with this problem is great, however the responses are rather vague as to what methods were being used, Like talking about exercises, what exercises? diet restrictions what restriction, as a sufferer finding little help from my Dr. or anyone else, Google is often the only way to discover things for myself, and I guess finding the right combination of the above will bring some relief, living in Canada it seems obvious that I am not able to visit your Pelvic Pain Clinic, and in view of the fact that millions of people are trying to deal with this, it seems rather sad there is not more info or help available Thanks again for the video, however whatever suggestions you may be able to give would be appreciated (Toronto February 14, 2023)

Thanks for your message. Every plan I provide for my patients is completely bespoke to them. I don't use an off the shelf approach. All the exercises are based upon the patients symptoms and abilities. They are variations of yoga poses including things like child's pose, happy baby pose but they are modified for every patients needs. They are then upgraded at each return visit to ensure progress is made and the body continues to adapt. I advise a movement plan for every body, but I do not advise dietary advise for every body. Once again, this is entirely based upon their own individual case history. I wish there was an off the shelf approach that everyone could use and everyone would benefit from in the same fashion. CPPS is a very complex presentation and in my opinion needs individual care. I do offer zoom sessions for all of my international patients so I can still help you in your journey to recovery

Any advice on sexual activity in the thick of CPPS?

Without knowing your full case this is very tricky to answer. Moderation is key - consider the duration, frequency and intensity of any sexual activity. if these components can be well managed you are likely to have less of an impact from any SA.
