I legit almost cried seeing this video. long story short many years ago my brother took my guitar and sold it. and it had a minor chip in the finish on the corner edge in line with the jack which i saw but then i noticed this only has 6 strings. still the pang in my heart was just as real as the day i came home from work to find she was gone
Old video I know but who in their right mind “upgrades” a prestige to entry level INF pickups? Those picks ups were on $200 models back when this came out.
Use to own one of these years ago, sadly it got stolen at a show in Dallas, Tx years ago. Hope i can get one again one day. I paid around 600 for mine back in 2011
I had the exact same one in black! Those bridges suck though, didn't take much for the saddles to rust. Also for a prestige guitar, why do they come with those pickups? I got an RG with Dimarzio pickups.

I really don't see swapping the V and S pickups for the Infinity ones as an upgrade, I think it's total downgrade.

I have this exact guitar and case in cosmic blue. Pickups have been changed out to evolution pickups. It's in my top 3. Love love love this guitar!
I have a 2007 Ibanez1570 Prestige, cosmic blue, i put in EMG pick ups. Screaming! I love my guitar.

I have the same guitar. It is Mirage Blue. Great guitar. (The brighter one as you mentioned is jewel blue which is labeled rg570 again ) 😎

Upgrade ...... i dont think so. It a downgrade :S The inf are the lower, V8 the good ibanez pickups and then everything else comes with dimarzio.
