I’m not even kidding but Kim seokjin is the most iconic Koop idol. He always speaks up for the right issue not considering what his company thinks, he is highly educated and got into the most prestigious university in South Korea to study acting and he is currently doing his masters despite being in bts. He was scouted by SM but he rejected them twice and then he was scouted by big hit and he accepted their offer. He was an actor and learnt how to sing and dance when he became a trainee and now he is one of the most critically acclaimed vocalist with even Grammy writing and article about him and giving him the nickname silver voice. He is really funny and witty and knows how to read the room and uplift everyone’s mood. He is extremely kind and also is a honorary club member of UNICEF because of the large amount of money he donates to charity every month. He knows how to sing, dance, cook, is extremely athletic , is funny and extremely kind. Basically Kim seokjin is the perfect man !!!!

I think RM and Jin are the most genius members in the group. someone who is good at making jokes that can make people laugh is a sign of being smart. actually Jin is a very mature person, since he debuted with BTS in 2013 he never once revealed his family identity, maybe he thought that one day it could affect his family in the future

Would you believe me if I told you that Jin is actually the biggest introvert in BTS? Followed closely, of course, by Yoongi. He doesn't like parties or events, he rarely leaves the house outside of work, he doesn't have close friends outside BTS and management, he doesn't like all the attention on him, and when it is, he goes completely red and stuttery. A man was talking about his experience with teaching BTS for a run episode and he stated that Jin came up to him after filming and apologized if he'd offended the man in any way (he hadn't tried seriously in the episode, just goofing off the entire time) and that he only acted like that because the members get very nervous and it helps them feel comfortable and relaxed. You can kind of see the transition of him through the years, going from quietly standing back and not drawing much attention to himself to when he started acting shameless and making the conscious effort to make people around him laugh. Basically, he treasures making people happy and comfortable around him more than he treasures his comfort zone and I think that speaks volumes on how good a person he is. He once talked about how he doesn't share when he's depressed or hurting because if his pain causes others pain or sadness, that would make him feel so much worse. Namjoon even mentioned that the first time he heard the lyrics to Moon (Jin's recent solo piece) he realized that Jin was going through way more than he realized. Jin is strong and very admirable!
I agree with all of this except when you said that he is more of an introvert than yoongi. He has made many more friends outside bts (as you can see from the videos called 'everyone loves jin', because everyone does love him once they meet him). He has courage to go up to people who are by themselves during award shows and make them feel comfortable- he has extreme emotional intelligence. Nevertheless, he is still an introvert, just not as 'steryotypically' as yoongi

I think Jin lets JK pick on him the most and not many of those clips were shown here. They're seriously like Tom and Jerry type energy who feed off each other. I've heard it said before that Jin raised JK to be his best friend in regards to how much they really do adore each other. Jin is such a loud ball of fluff - he's hard to ignore and works endlessly to help make sure everyone around him is happy, oftentimes at his own expense. Behind the lens you can see how smart he is yet he's shy and the other members are great at pointing it out when his ears are turning red with embarrassment.
Siri Jin prepared and driver JK to school everyday in the pass. I think in one to their BTS festa and Bonvoyage series, you can get more info on the real Jin. I can’t say that his joky side is not him. I think that is also his way to keep him less nervous when everyone aroud him is cheerful too. He is really a sweetheart.

Here's the thing: the members ALWAYS say that camera-Jin is not natural-Jin (eta bc yes, this is real jin too). Non camera-Jin is very quiet and calm, one Variety reporter called him "broody". Jin is an extreme introvert, and kinda insecure about things except his looks, particularly back when many of these were filmed. But he also has INSANE emotional intelligence, always knows how others are feeling and how to cheer them up. So he will do silly things to break the ice/loosen others up/de escalate situations (like when a mc kept insisting him and Tae kiss regardless of how uncomfortable Tae was).
I agree that he is more introverted than he seems on camera but he's also said that he uses others' happiness to make himself feel happy so I wouldn't say camera him isn't the real him but more that it's just only one side of him. Plus he's said that ever since he's adopted this uber confident worldwide handsome persona, it's actually made him a lot more confident, as can be seen from how quiet he used to be in early bts days
@@AleinAki I agree with this! Of course there is a degree of 'putting on a character' for every BTS member when in front of a camera : they can't be energised and happy 24/7.
But that always comes from somewhere and Jin is naturally funny. And though Jin might naturally be more quiet and introverted , especially when he was much more insecure about his skills and looks or his 'concept' was different, other Korean artists have shared how social, funny and kind he is.
Jinn has quite a goofy character.he is an introvert and shy but it does not mean that this is not real him.he himself said that he was not really comfortable in the starting days but then he started being himself.
@@mahnoorinam810 Sure, he goofs off because it makes him happy to see people happy! But he does it on purpose to cheer others up, when there are no cameras he generally just chills. In BV4 I think we saw a lot of chill time Seokjin rather than Camera Mode Jin. He still jokes and goofs off but not all the time.
@@AleinAki Yeah, I meant natural-Jin, its true his goofy self is real too. I meant its a thing he chooses to do on purpose rather than something he does not think about. Like, when he jokes about being wwh not because he thinks of his beauty 24/7 but because it gets a laugh out of people.
The comments have already told you about diiferent sides of Jin's personality, i will just add one heartwarming thing - the EatJin vlives have helped many ARMYs who stuggle with eating healthily, JIn enjoys food and knows a lot about cooking, so the sight of him stuffing his face with delicious foods has a good healing effect, eating stops being scary, people finally start feeling hungry after a very long time etc. I personally think this is awesome!

He’s naturally skinny and can eat ginormous amounts of food without really gaining weight. I think he said in a V LIVE once that he had been able to reach his goal of putting on some more weight but then spent a lot of time playing computer games and lost it again lmao
“Jin is completely shameless” is also what I thought at first but that’s not entirely accurate. Before BTS’ debut he had been actually quite reserved and quite but later on became to adopt this persona of the shameless mood-maker. He has said that he enjoys joking around because that makes people laugh and subsequently he gets happy seeing that. However it is clear that he still isn’t completely free of all inhibitions (case in point - his ears turning bright red whenever someone is paying attention to him)

The thing is that Jin is actually an introvert and the other members have said he is the shiest member too. Jin appears super funny and confident on camera and in front of the fans, but he says he does that because he is actually not as confident. He always praises himself on his good looks because he thinks if he does it enough he will eventually start loving himself (kinda like therapy). He has also mentioned that during interviews and variety shows he is willing to put himself out there because he wants to make the other members feel at ease in those situations and lift the mood. RM (Namjoon) has even said that during interviews he feels a lot more at ease when he is next to Jin. He just wants to make ARMY smile/laugh and just have fun as well as the members.
I see Kim Seokjin, I click 😀. He can actually still be shy and introverted. He often puts himself out there to be a mood maker so his members feel comfortable. He is very caring and does a lot to protect his members and make them laugh.

It was not the company instructions he was ignoring by drinking alcohol, but Vlive instructions. As it's forbidden to showcase alcohol usage on it, unless you get some special permission for it. This is why he was pretending to drink coke in frame.

Jin has said before making people happy makes him happy. And he has no problem icebreaking to lighten the mood, the members have before expressed how greatful they are that he does that (like in that first variety show you saw that is like a school setting... the guys were nervous but with Jin breaking the ice and lightening the mood the guys felt at ease and could enjoy it). I bet his introverted side comes when he is at home and recharge his batteries (they took MBTI personality test and Jin is INTP ).
This was a treat to watch. I love Jin, and I'm glad you've realised he's a real mood maker in the group. He's so goofy and mature enough to embrace it without fear. It's mad he's nearing 28- pretty young to be matured but old enough to be disillusioned haha! Anyway your reaction made me chuckle and was genuinely sweet too :)

i love and appreciate jin so much because of his kindness and perseverance. he was 20 and in university when he joined bighit. i can't imagine learning to sing/dance at my age. it must have taken a lot of courage to leave his old path and jump into something as daunting as being an idol. it would have been easy for someone less kind to grow to hate or be jealous of the other boys, but jin always loves and takes care of them while practicing hard alone to catch up.
Jin once said that, he got a lot of attention during the Grammys' or some international show and went viral for being handsome. Then, he realised, he could be considered handsome in other countries too. He also said that he doesn't consider himself to be among the top most handsome people in the world, but considers himself handsome world wide. Hence, he came up with the legendary name WWH. You should react to Jin Hit Entertainment hahaha. It is full of JinHit rules and not BigHit....hahahah. Jimin is usually Jin's guest in hi JinEats sessions. In the past, when they were still trainees where they lack funds and resources, Jin would randomly treat all the members to lunch or dinner using his credit card his mom gave him while he was on training. But most of the time he buy meals for JK. He is caring a hyung to all the members like when JK was still in HS he would prepare for his school meals and would drive JK to school. As what JK claims in his interviews in the past his BTS hyungs raised him as he was only 13 or 14 when he joined BTS and as what Jin said he feed JK so many meals hahaha. When JK was about to quit BTS because he misses his mom, Jin's love made him stayed. Jin would bring JK to their family during breaks and made JK feel like part of the family. Jin is actually sweet, when RM and V went for hiking he woke up early and prepared soup for them for their hike. And last year when Suga celebrated his birthday (that was after his surgery and recovery) Jin paid for their dinner treating all members and staff. Jin came from a wealthy family but so humble and down to earth. He even studied in Australia in the past.
