SAPS must provide incentives to retain these guys.
Open your ears and listen to them

Special Task Force members should have a salary dispensation that recognizes their value. They should not be restricted to the standard rank system. They are an elite unit.
Does anyone in #ANC even begin to understand these things?

When my car was hijacked the police just said im lucky to have tracker, 😮 when the tracking company found my car and caught the guy he was still not prosecuted, the docket was missing. When I went to retrieve my car you’d swear I was the criminal

Your biggest issue is the person heading the task force was never a task force member, how can you have a fool in charge of a special unit and direct them to do political work and not be used for their skill

They are critical skill, treat them accordingly. Pay well, benefits n most importantly mske it hard to get it so only you very top guys IQ and physically get in

Pay them well but something your not getting is these guys are the best if the best their IQ are average or above average they are smart. Now if you have smart and intelligent operators like these being under paid and not being able to fulfill their roles of course they will leave.

Look how overweight they are, maybe they are leaving because they aren't been fed instead of been trained, properly trained then you have a good and happy cop,

SAPS cant even provide their members with inflationary increases. So how do you expect to retain staff?
Privatization will happen as the state cannot run itself.

Feel free to tell us how you bring inflation down if you keep giving the same increases as the inflation??? You know nothing about economics....

@@truth-Hurts375 Maybe you struggle to read. So read my comment again ...slowly... Then tell us what does your comment regardng "bringing down inflation" have to do with my comment which refers to adjusting salaries with inflation.
