Hey there thanks for watching, nice question, in my opinion Lochaber Strike can be used in many situations, against units and multiple heroes, on the other hand Rough Justice is nice to kill 1 hero quick, but is also easy to miss if you try to go for the hard kill instead of the ez kill for exemple, if you are on a 3v3 up on the wall and every hero as a unit, it will be hard for you to catch 1 hero and if you try probably you will land on a unit, if you wait for the units to kill each other untill you can land it safe, you have also the chance of your units(and team units) wipe, what would make rough justice useless. In that situation with Lochaber Strike you can inflict much damage on the enemy units, you csn brake formations with it and you can try to aim for disable or kill 1 or the 3 heroes, Lochaber Strike is a 5 hit skill that every hit will knocksdown the target if well landed and you can move the direction of your hits every step of the way. I think you can be a match in many situations with LS, with RJ you can only do 1 think to 1 hero, but everyone plays what is the best for them, the best way to know is to try them both and decide for yourself xD .
