Hi Harrison, great sound quality. What recording gear are you using? It sounds like you have the mic right next to the guitar but obviously it isn't. Same with the vocals. Great performance.

It's actually just a Rode shotgun mic mounted on top of my camera, then edited post production. Pretty simple set up!

Crazily enough this is one take live with a shotgun mic on my camera. Some editing afterwards with reverb. Pretty much it.
Hey I’ve been singing and performing my whole life and I always had a woman around much smarter to record everything now I’m doing it on my own I don’t have the money for allot of recording software or mics or anything really all I have is my phone and I know there are apps for recording sound but what if I want to record myself playing live and don’t have anything but one phone and no money not two phones and mix it together or record separate and put it together is there a way to record live with an iPhone video of me playing guitar and singing and not have poor audio quality for free without recording them on two devices or separate great song by the way if you can help I would appreciate it and play you something thanks Jake
