On our 96 Toyota sprinter trueno this linkage is inside an difficult to access space. You can just get your hands in if you don’t mind slicing a bit of skin in sharp edges. And then to use a couple to fingertips to put on the clip is a massive challenge. Any clues how to do it easier?

Still working today? I'm looking into something like this too. They all basically look the same on Ebay/Amazon. I think I will yolo it and take a chance that it fit. A used linkage are expensive here and you dont know how long it will last

Yes these clips do work on Skoda Fabia models……..they are a well know fix for linkage separation problems.

I thought the thie clip was put on backwards, are u sure the part with the lip doesn’t go under the bottom linkage and smaller rounded part goes over the”button

No the small opening goes underneath and the large squarish hole goes on the top, just like in the video. This is a perfect example how they are fitted 100%
