Edit: People become misanthropes after being hurt. They can't release their pain and mature. Misogyny and misandry get conflated, but the context matters. Systemic hate involves hierarchy and it’s overall not a matriarchy. so women react to it by mirroring their oppressor. This is a cycle of violence, dehumanizing, and unsolicited attention. The "Barbie feminism" being pushed now is a case of punching up versus society's history of punching down at women and women in developing countries. - Shortened for the short attention spanned TikTok heads. Bc f nuance and comprehension.
It also works out terribly because a lot of people in the world, including feminists, have kids, and then inevitably a few of them end up having boys and then their ideology breaks down.
She seems happier these days. I’m also loving her attitude toward filmmaking and how it shouldn’t be all “we hate men,” since so many movies are like that. Can’t wait for her work to come out, I think she’ll do a good job.

Ugh I really appreciated what she said in the first half, and I think it's true that if you're not necessarily in those circles, you would have no clue what she was trying to get at. Feminism is NOT hating men, but a lot of people do believe that and/or think that it is - or don't realize that there feminism generalises or hurts men. I've had conversations in lesbian circles, where I genuinely got hate and a lot of disagreement when I said we (I) can be lesbian, and like men! There can be a lot of anti-men thoughts and opinions in certain queer circles And so I would be so excited to see this future work from Kristen Stewart and her team, that comes from slightly different perspectives and doesn't marginalize our own identities or others!
She's so scared of having monologued at the end while I'm like "I want literally a feature-length of just this. More. I NEED MORE." What a great mind!!
All these recent interviews with her and her recent film roles are a sign that she has really matured into a smart and tough woman who, unlike in the past, now only says yes to film roles that she feels most comfortable with and doesn't give a shit what the Twilight-wannabes says. This is why I love her more than I did before. I seriously want to see more of her. She will definitely win an Oscar in the future.

I admire and love both Jodie and Kristen!
Stephen is such a great advocate.
I love what she said in this interview
Kristen is a lovely human being
She is so effing real, and I adore that. I'm not surprised she doesn't do many interviews. It makes complete sense.
She literally makes me wonder if I need to finally watch Twilight....
My heart melted away
I don't understand how hating guys became a feminist thing. That's not feminism, that's sexism. 😅
Edit:
People become misanthropes after being hurt.

Shortened for the short attention spanned TikTok heads.
Bc f nuance and comprehension.
Feminism is merely the belief that men and women have equal value in our society and therefore should have equal rights
It also works out terribly because a lot of people in the world, including feminists, have kids, and then inevitably a few of them end up having boys and then their ideology breaks down.
You know what else lies bleeding? Your posterior.

She seems happier these days. I’m also loving her attitude toward filmmaking and how it shouldn’t be all “we hate men,” since so many movies are like that. Can’t wait for her work to come out, I think she’ll do a good job.
Love Lies Bleeding is such a great film and I can't wait to see what Kristen Stewart is cooking next.
i love kristen! this interview was so thoughtful and she has great perspective
I thoroughly enjoyed that conversation.
YESS! LATVIA WELCOMES YOU! :) So glad to see movies shot here. The nature is beautiful.
We love your show stephen colbert
So refreshing to see her speak clearly. She used to be so awkward!!
Wow, Kristin looks so healthy and glowing.
I think she stopped smoking( cigarettes). Her skin is amazing.
She’s finally found herself. It’s so clear she’s finally comfortable with who she is, where she is in her life and career…and she’s in love. So happy for her. ☺️
I love her sass...
Kristen is Absolutely Beautiful ❤ 🫠💘
She is so charming and love her take on being with a woman. Jodie Forster is a force to be reckoned with and take any advice she gave you and cherish it. I don’t remember her actually being ‘openly gay’ though
She is now..
Took her a long ass time but she’s open nowadays
@@Hudson316 yes, she was very private early on especially to protect her children. She is still a fairly private person.
Being openly gay was not the same back when she was starting out as it is now… but on top of that, I mean… really, you didn’t notice?! LOL
Kristen is a very talented actress!
I Find it hard to understand what she wanna say.. but i love her😂❤
Surprisingly, she sounds better than I thought based on her previous interviews
Ugh I really appreciated what she said in the first half, and I think it's true that if you're not necessarily in those circles, you would have no clue what she was trying to get at. Feminism is NOT hating men, but a lot of people do believe that and/or think that it is - or don't realize that there feminism generalises or hurts men.
I've had conversations in lesbian circles, where I genuinely got hate and a lot of disagreement when I said we (I) can be lesbian, and like men!
There can be a lot of anti-men thoughts and opinions in certain queer circles
And so I would be so excited to see this future work from Kristen Stewart and her team, that comes from slightly different perspectives and doesn't marginalize our own identities or others!
I think that’s because a LOT of lesbians were molested or otherwise abused by men early in life.
She is getting more confident everyday, good to see her
Kristen Stewart thank you for being the best
she's a gem.
She looks amazing
Such a sweetheart. Gotta love Kristen Stewart
She's so scared of having monologued at the end while I'm like "I want literally a feature-length of just this. More. I NEED MORE."
What a great mind!!
That line is from 'No Promises' by Icehouse 'Love lies bleeding in the sand'..
Also (even if it didn’t necessarily inspire the film title) a classic Elton John song [!]…from the Goodbye Yellow Brick Road album, no less.
She seems like a cool person.
This woman will always be my crush! ❤
Yesss thora birch comeback, that's gonna be awesome. Looking forward to that film
Still her best role: _Speak_
All these recent interviews with her and her recent film roles are a sign that she has really matured into a smart and tough woman who, unlike in the past, now only says yes to film roles that she feels most comfortable with and doesn't give a shit what the Twilight-wannabes says.
This is why I love her more than I did before. I seriously want to see more of her. She will definitely win an Oscar in the future.
Sometimes she seems more confident with herself than others, she shouldn't feel self-conscious tho, she has great conversation, she's super honest and so smart 🙂
That dress, and her hair in that cute little updo, god she is beautiful.
Omg, shoot it in Latvia? Omg!
