Honestly, the kids (armin, jean, and the rest well maybe aside from mikasa) to feel that way, killing humans. They're just kids who only thought fighting titans and nothing else, and now they're killing humans too. I mean, titans are humans but yeah. There's no way in hell they would feel, “Yeah, no shit, that's fine.”
The only thing Mappa have versus Wit is their Okay CGI, nothing else. The animation ambiance, shading and choreo of wit is tiers above in this. Mappa ruins the character designs like how they did to Floch’s absolutely gorgeous hair.
Wit only used cgi on big titans like the collosal, so I don't rlly get on how ppl keeps on bringing that up when someone shit talks nappa for their bad cgi fight scenes. I'm not saying they're that bad but i much prefer wit's titan fight scenes than Mappa's but I'd still watch it

Blame the producers of the show for employing the stupid 1 year schedule for season 4 to start right after season 3 ended. WIT literally couldn’t meet it, and so many studios passed up the show due to how insane that idea is. Mappa’s the only one to take it cause whoever’s in charge loves picking up every IP possible.
This entire Levi sequence was done by a freelance animator and took him 3-4 months. Aot s4pt1 was made within 8 months. Mappas aot team is full of talent if given the adequate time. Also s4pt1 had more titan action than any season prior so much more difficult to animate 2d
