I like this type of old school of TH-cam were you can learn something effective, not like this modern TH-cam were there is not put any effort to it. Keep it up GNT, you are a legend

There's about 100 things in here I never learned from my old TKD instructor. Great work GNT. The students who get to work with you on a regular basis are very lucky. (Now if I can just remember the rest of Won-Hyo....)

GNT I am a mixed martial artist who at my current level cant blade my kicks comfortably when i throw. I have been told before that you should blade your kicks for penetrating power. And using the ball of the foot is for pushing power. Is the blading needed for mma fighting? Should i invest in mastering that

    Dear Aaron,
Thank you for another great tutorial. Learned a lot from al your videos 👊
I have a question, what are the best stretches for getting my chamber more to my chest so I can generate more power. My leg seems stuck at some point. The tightness seems to bee at the gluteus area. What would be your advice?
Thank you in advance for your time.
    Kind regards,
    Ramses

Are you a 9th degree black belt or what?!!👏👏👏
Is there a way I can practice (properly) without a trainer. Our trainer has a really tight schedule nowadays and we barely get the chance to learn more techniques. I'm currently a blue belt in TKD(WTF)...I've been a blue belt for like 2 years and I don't mind. All I want to do is to be the best martial artist I can be. Your advice would be really helpful. P.s your videos made me start practising TKD.God bless you🙏

This video is so helpful! Though I could use some tips on how not to lose my balance while kicking. I can keep my balance when driving my leg out slowly, but when I try to do the kick with power, I lose my balance.. what should I do? Anyone? (This question is not only directed to Aaron, I accept all the tips I can get) ;)

also something I'd like to point out, the movement for the side kick is exactly the same as a stomp, so if you can stomp, you can slowly move it up to properly develop the side kick
