1 request , when giving rating out of 10 , use a reference, power 7/10 , blade 6.5 /10 and Vcore 8/10 make it easy to benchmark

I play with V core 95 and im pretty happy to all areas apart serve and backhand returns. Is there any reason to try Percept 97 as you said with less heavy ball?

Would also appreciate a comparison between this and the latest Vcore 95

      Hello there,
Being on the other side returning shots from Jon with this racquet and his previous Vcore 95. They might not be as heavy coming in but the ball feels much more penetrating through the court. What he may have lost in weight behind the ball, gets made up for with a ball that I feel travels faster through the court. - Richard

Personally I prefer the Vcore95 2023. Smaller headsize but has a larger sweetspot. Percept 97 feels so great when you hit the sweetspot but it feel crap when you miss the sweet spot, the ball will not goes the way you hit it. Its precision is spot on if hit the sweet spot but if youare push by a stronger and faster player, thats when you start to miss some sweet spot and its not very forgiving.

How much lbs or grs do you recommend to string?

      Hello there,
We strung this racquet at 51lbs with Hawk Touch 17 for the playtest. But if you are looking for something for yourself it really depends on what string you are using. Poly Multi Gut etc? are you looking for more power control? - Richard
