Hey Cokemachine. Thanks for the updates We are headed to the Prosper Pines area on Nippising this Sunday the 18 th Feb are any of the problem areas you pointed out in your video in that area. I live in Rideau Lake and this year we won’t go out. Poor ice. Open areas. Slush. Out front we have 14” of white ice. Won’t go out. Dan
I was there same day as you. I walked out from Birch Grove hauling a sled. Biggest workout of the year, lol. Some areas had a good 5 or 6 inches of slush. Caught 3 keepers though, so totally worth it.

Would like to know if water in tent. Was planning to camp tomorrow…
Where I am 2-4” of slush lake is an absolute mess.
